ATECH will provide high school students with a jump-start toward successful and rewarding careers within the manufacturing and technology industries through a blend of hands-on learning and academics.
Your school day will feature a mix of the following manufacturing content courses:
- Automated Manufacturing
- Mechanical Design

Where will my instruction take place?
Instruction will take place at both Appleton Area School District (AASD) and FVTC campuses. In ninth grade, students enrolled in this charter school will begin to build the foundation of their education within Appleton West High School. As students progress along their educational path, they will be spending more time at FVTC earning college credit and industry experience.
When you follow our full educational track, you will have:
- An opportunity as a senior to complete a paid internship
- The potential to earn up to 1/3 of the college credits needed to earn your associate degree
- Knowledge, skills and experience for employment in high-demand manufacturing and technology careers
